1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services and website, you acknowledge having read and agreed to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. If any aspect of these Terms is not acceptable, please do not use our services.

2. For Our Services

Privacy and Security: Your genetic data's privacy and security are our top priorities. We handle your information with utmost confidentiality, guided by our Privacy Policy to which you consent upon using our services.

Scheduling Appointments:  Schedule your appointment through our website or by contacting our team directly.

• • Same Day Appointments: An expedited service fee of $150 applies for same-day appointments.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellation does not result in a refund. We will reschedule as long as there is 24 hours’ notice before your date of appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 reschedule fee.
  • Refunds: BioOnix Lab Services has a strict no-refund policy. No refund will be issued for paid services. All sales are final. A gift card may be issued for the amount paid minus $50 scheduling fee for unforeseen circumstances. These will be issued at our discretion.

Safety Policies

• Pet Policy: Inform us about pets at the scheduled testing location during booking. Pets must be secured prior to our arrival, or the appointment will be rescheduled with applicable fees.
• Non-Participating Parties and Combative Situations
  • Non-participating Parties: Children and adults who are not actively participating in the testing process are not permitted in the testing area.
  • Combative Situations: For everyone's safety, appointments will be rescheduled or cancelled if safety is compromised.

3. Payment and Fees

General Payment: Payment is required upon scheduling. We maintain a strict no-refund policy and will communicate any price adjustments beforehand.

No Show and Late Arrivals

• No Show: Incurs a new testing fee; no refunds for missed appointments.
• Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will need to be rescheduled with a $50 late fee.

4. Test Results and Interpretation

Results are securely emailed. Consult a healthcare professional for result interpretation, as BioOnix Lab Services does not provide this service.

5. Mileage Policy

Services are provided without travel charges within a 15-mile radius of our headquarters.

Mileage Fee: $0.67/mile beyond that, calculated for the round-trip.

Invoice for Travel:  The day before the test, clients will receive an invoice with a payment link for the mileage. Fee is due within 2 hours before test to avoid a reschedule.

6. Legal and Terms

• Limitation of Liability: We limit our liability to the extent allowed by law for any damages from using or not being able to use our services.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Our services are governed by Colorado law, with all disputes subject to Colorado's state and federal courts' exclusive jurisdiction. This applies unless local laws where the service is conducted mandate otherwise.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Regularly reviewing them ensures you are informed of any changes, which, if not objected to by continued use of our services, indicate acceptance.
